audit of all sites, development of a policy and linking
environmental performance criteria into the Performance

- Preparation of an Environmental Management Plan for the
Nampundwe pyrite mine (Zambia) in accordance with World
Bank requirements. This management plan forms part of the
EMS for the mine.
- Environmental audit as part of the financial audit for
Sea Harvest, a large fishing industry.
- Part-time contract with the Department of Environmental
and Cultural Affairs and Sport (DECAS), Western Cape. Activities
include:
- Facilitation of strategic planning workshop and preparation
of a strategic plan;
- Preparation of guidelines, procedures and policies

- A screening questionnaire, supported by a guideline
for use;

which is aimed at clarifying the activities as per
